We inform you that, at the request of the company that owns the satellite capacity “ABS-2A”, from May 1, 2024, receiving TV channel signals from the FSS17 transponder (10985 MHz) will become impossible. In this regard, the broadcasting of TV channels distributed by Signal Media LLC located on FSS17 is completely transferred to the FSS15 transponder (12,527 MHz).

At the same time, please note that since July 2023, during the period of influence from a neighboring unfriendly state, the FSS15 transponder (12527 MHz), which was used as a backup transponder for parallel broadcasting, was not subject to external interference. Thus, Signal Media LLC, together with technical partners JSC Satellite Television and FSUE Kosmicheskaya Svyaz, managed to maintain the most stable and sustainable reception of TV channels.

Broadcasting of TV channels in the FSS15 transponder has not stopped and continues to this day with the following parameters:
Reception frequency: 12527 MHz
Polarization: Horizontal
Symbol rate: 35.007 Msm/s
FEC value: 3/4
Digital signal standard: DVB-S2
Modulation: 8PSK
Encoding: Irdeto

We strongly ask you to reconfigure your satellite receivers to the FSS15 transponder frequency as soon as possible and recommend that you confirm the reconfiguration specified in this notice to your responsible manager of Signal Media LLC by any available means of communication before April 5, 2024.
Additional reactivation of conditional access cards is not required.

We inform you that in connection with the restrictions of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in terms of the mutual influence of frequencies between spacecraft, it is not possible to raise the energy of the FSS15 (12527N) transponder ABS-2A above the existing level at the moment.
Taking into account the above conditions, at the numerous requests of pay-TV operators, JSC STS has found the opportunity to cancel the previously adopted decision to transfer the broadcasting from the transponder FSS17 (10985 H) to the transponder FSS15 (12527 N) of the spacecraft. Thus, from the date of receipt of this letter, please receive the signals of TV channels "Multi HD," "My Planet" HD, "Russian Roman" HD, ?FAN HD, ?FAN, ?Mosfilm. The Golden Collection, Mosfilm.
